What type of shows do OrangeBox promote?

Are the tribute shows live?
Yes—all our tribute acts feature live musicians and vocalists and even dancers on some shows, delivering authentic performances.
Are the shows suitable for all ages?
Most of our shows are family-friendly, but some venues may have age restrictions (for example, licensed bars or late finishes). Always check the event details before booking.
How long does a typical show last?
Our tribute concerts usually run for around two hours, plus an interval. Exact timings vary depending on the artist and venue.
Will there be a support act?
Most of our shows go straight into the main performance. If a support act is included, you’ll see it mentioned on the individual event ticket page.
Do your shows use strobe lighting?
Our shows feature a range of stage lighting to create the live concert atmosphere. This may sometimes include flashing or strobe-style effects. If you’re concerned about this, the venue can advise in advance so you know what to expect.
Can I meet the artists?
Time permitting, many of our performers offer a free meet-and-greet after the show. It’s a great chance to grab a photo and say hello.
Some venues may allow this, but generally, seats can only be secured once payment has been made. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Do carers get free tickets?
Free carer ticket policies vary by venue. Some theatres offer a free companion ticket, others may have concession schemes. Please check with the venue box office when booking.
Do you offer group discounts?
Some venues offer discounts for groups of 10 or more — check the ticket page for details or contact the venue box office.
What payment methods are accepted?
Tickets can be purchased online using debit/credit card, and in many cases Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also accepted. Some venues also have in-person box offices, where cash can also be used.
Do I need to print my ticket?
E-tickets are accepted at most of our venues. Simply show your ticket on a smartphone or bring a printed copy if you prefer. Some venues are able to post tickets to you, but we recommend an e-ticket.
I can’t find my tickets, what should I do?
Check your email inbox and junk folder for your booking confirmation. If you still can’t find them, contact the ticket provider directly.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Refunds are generally only available if a show is cancelled or rescheduled. Please check the ticket provider’s terms before booking.
Can I purchase tickets on the door?
If a show isn't sold out, then normally yes. However, it is highly recommended to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment.
What happens if a show is cancelled?
If a show is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted directly and offered a refund or exchange where available.

Can I choose my seat?
At most theatres you’ll select seats from a seating plan at checkout unless seats are not allocated. For standing shows, tickets are usually general admission.
How do I find the venue for my show?
All tickets will have the venue name and address shown. You can also use our interactive map or venue search pages to search by location.
Is there parking available at the venues?
Most venues have on-site or nearby parking. Check the venue’s website for details, charges and accessibility.
Are venues accessible for wheelchair users?
The majority of our partner venues provide step-free access, disabled seating and accessible toilets. If you have specific requirements, contact the venue directly in advance.
What time do doors open?
Auditorium doors typically open 30-60 minutes before the show starts. Exact timings are generally listed on your ticket. Why not arrive early and have a drink at the bar or venue café.
Are food and drinks available at the venue?
Yes, most venues have a bar and some offer food service. Check facilities on the individual venue websites to be sure.
Can I bring a camera?
Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted. Mobile phones are fine, but please be mindful of other guests.
